Important limits

Planning estimate—not a payroll statement.

This estimate assumes the selected grade and step remained unchanged throughout the retro period. It counts calendar days and does not model payroll cutoffs, unpaid leave, later step changes, other differentials other than the optional 10% night shift amount, taxes, deductions, pension contributions, or payroll rounding. The night option assumes a 35-hour week and applies 10% of the straight-time hourly rate to every regular and entered overtime hour. Enter only overtime hours that were actually paid. Confirm the final retroactive payment against official payroll records.
